Krullens Lantbruk AB is a family-owned agricultural company located in the picturesque Kolmården. We engage in both organic milk production and crop cultivation. The farm has approximately 300 dairy cows milked with the help of six Lely robots, and we cultivate around 1200 hectares of arable land. We are completely self-sufficient in feed, and all soil cultivation (including sowing) is carried out by ourselves. We also operate our own combine harvester, baler, and forage harvesting, taking 3-4 grass cuts per season.

We are now looking for a responsible and dedicated machine operator who wants to become part of our team.

Job Responsibilities

As a machine operator with us, you will have a varied everyday life with many types of tasks. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Driving and managing the farm's machinery
• Soil cultivation, sowing, harvesting, and other fieldwork

As needed, but to a lesser extent, the following will also be included:

• Maintenance and minor repairs
• Fencing and other farm tasks included in the daily operations

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

• Is responsible, meticulous, and has a good ability to collaborate
• Has experience in similar agricultural work (preferred but not required)
• Has a B driver's license (required)
• Has a CE license (preferred, as we handle our own truck transports)
• Has basic computer skills
• Expresses themselves well in spoken and written Swedish
• Has basic knowledge of English
